How To Make Beet and Quinoa Burger Recipe
A vegetarian burger patty made with beets and quinoa for a flavorful and healthy meal.

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 small beet, peeled and grated
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado, cheese
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, grated beet, black beans, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix everything well.

Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each part into a patty.

Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Transfer the patties onto a baking sheet and finish cooking them in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve the burgers on buns with your favorite toppings.
