The cookie-cutter programs, the comparisons, the shame-based approaches of “good” and “bad”, confusion over the “right” and “wrong” way to eat, or feeling like my health is out of control and I don’t know how to get my footing.
I’ve learned through personal experience that the process of connecting with my inner voice, my deepest needs, and my truest self has helped me in following a more intuitive, inspired path toward my own unique definition of health and happiness. The path is shaped by day-to-day choices, informed by my values, guided by my inner wisdom, made manifest by my personal combination of determination and passion.
