This 60-minute session gives you the opportunity to discuss your health goals, gain clarity, identify priorities, and explore options for a path forward.

3-Month Health & Wellness Coaching Package: special limited-time rate of $400

If you are seeking deep transformation in your mind, body, and spirit, this three month package allows you to truly work toward your goals over time, with support from me every step of the way.

What’s included:

  • six, 60-minute coaching calls, scheduled bi-weekly

  • guided development of your personal wellness vision, one year, three month, and weekly goals, and clear action steps to move you forward

  • e-mail support from me between sessions

The approaches we will use:

  • mindful self-reflection

  • creativity and brainstorming

  • curiosity and experimentation

  • being open and vulnerable

  • guided visualization, relaxation, and breathing
